New Author Challenge
New Author Challenge hosted by Jackie at Literary Escapism
- The challenge will run from January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009.
- Since this is an author challenge, there is no restriction on choosing your novels. They can definitely be from other challenges. However, the authors must be new to you and, preferably from novels, but anthologies are also a great way to try someone new.
In 2008, I read over 100 new to me authors. I think I’ll go with 75 for this challenge just to see how I do. I’ll update this page as I read new authors. EDIT: Originally, I included picture books. I have since deleted those totals and am only counting from middle grade fiction and up.
